Business Registration

Company Incorporation

Private limited and one person company incorporation through the MCA SPICe+ process, with tailored MoA and AoA.

A private limited company is a separate legal entity under the Companies Act, 2013, with limited liability for its shareholders. It needs at least two directors and two shareholders (a One Person Company needs one), and at least one director must be resident in India.

Incorporation is completed online on the MCA portal through the SPICe+ form, which covers name reservation, incorporation, director identification numbers, PAN and TAN. The chambers prepares the memorandum and articles, the declarations and the registered-office documents, files the forms and guides you through the first compliances.
